What we collect, why, and what we do with it. Short version: we use your information to make your engraving, not to sell it.
Solely to quote, produce, and ship your order, and to communicate with you about it. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't run ad tracking on this site.
Order details and reference images are kept as long as needed to complete and support your order, and for basic business recordkeeping after that. You can ask us to delete reference images or personal information you've sent us once your order is complete.
We work with standard shipping carriers to send items to and from our shop, and with the payment services listed on our Payment Options page to receive payment. Each of those services has its own privacy practices, separate from ours.
