Etchline provides custom laser engraving services on items customers already own and send to us — currently handgun slides, with other product categories planned. We engrave; we do not manufacture, sell, transfer, or ship firearms, and we are not a licensed firearms dealer (FFL). You are always working with your own item, and it always ships back to you.
Submitting a custom order request is not a binding order — it's the start of a conversation. Nothing is scheduled, and no payment is due, until we've reviewed your request and sent you a firm, written quote that you've confirmed.
Payment is only requested after your design and price are confirmed, using one of the methods listed on our Payment Options page. We do not process card payments through this website.
Estimated turnaround times shown on this site are typical ranges, not guarantees — complex or backlogged work may take longer, and we'll tell you if that's the case. Once engraving begins on a confirmed design, changes may not be possible.
We may decline any order or artwork at our discretion, including designs that are illegal, infringe on someone else's rights, or that we're not equipped to execute safely or well. If we decline your order before work begins, you won't be charged.
We take care with every item in our shop, but we aren't responsible for loss or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers beyond the insured value of the shipment, or for pre-existing damage to an item disclosed at drop-off.
